I would like to develop a Jeopardy game as a follow-up to the student presentations about the Osprey. There is a prepared Jeopardy game among the Smart Board Exchange offerings where you insert your own subject and questions and the students use Senteos to answer questions in teams (Red and Green) during the Jeopardy game. At Glenwood Avenue Elementary School we have Smartboards in every classroom and Senteos are available.
I would develop all of the necessary questions (I have written two so far) and would play the game after all students have presented their videos based on the webquests as a fun way to evaluate how students have absorbed the factual information they researched and how they have synthesized the bigger ideas about the environmental impact of humans.
The jeopardy game allows for a great deal of interaction on the part of the students. They are engaged by the use of the Senteos, the colorful graphics and music of the Jeopardy game will also keep the students absorbed.

This would be a fun way to assess what every one learned during this project.
